Through the purchase of accredited GreenPower™, we’ve taken a practical step in our Net Zero Action Plan by matching our remaining (after solar) forecast electricity use for the calendar year.

The Solar Tentacle (ok, our EV charger)
We’re now generating clean fuel on site to encourage the uptake of EVs. Plus, we’ll be ready to power our work trucks once we switch them to electric.

Rooftop Solar installed
Installing rooftop solar at our HQ marked a major milestone in our journey to Net Zero. It’s helped us cut emissions right at the source, reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, and generate clean energy on-site. Beyond the environmental benefits, it’s a practical investment that supports long-term savings and energy independence, making it easier to take action today while planning for a more sustainable tomorrow.

Getting ready to go solar
We’ve crunched the numbers with n0de and mapped out a smart solar setup for Aegir HQ. Now we’re teeing up an site inspection with Bascon, one of the final steps before locking it in. This visit will confirm system size, costs, and any switchboard upgrades needed so we can get a proper quote and move ahead with confidence. It’s a practical milestone that turns our Net Zero plan into real action on the roof.
